HOURS AND SHIFTS

Full time 40 hours per week

ESSENTIALS: Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position. Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week is required, including the ability to work weeknights and weekends. Successful candidates should demonstrate proven experience in customer service, retail, and management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• 2+ years previous experience in retail management and customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Daily Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing store staff members
• Training in new associates
• Scheduling Staff
• Bank Deposits
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Receive and stock incoming merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Handle customer service and returns in a timely manner

· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends by attending online & in-person product knowledge learning events.
